A Watershed Win for Our Fellow Designer
We’re thrilled to congratulate our talented colleague, Brad Lefkowits of Waves Landscape Design, whose thoughtful watershed-inspired garden earned him top honors in the 2023 Olivenhain Municipal Water District WaterSmart Landscape Makeover Contest and featured in the Home and Garden section of the San Diego Union Tribune. His design is centered around capturing rainwater through swales and a cistern, using drought-tolerant and Mediterranean-climate plants, and maintaining a small, water-efficient native "lawn" for his kids and dog. His garden was celebrated for its water conservation ingenuity. While Brad conceived and executed the design, Gravel to Gold Inc. played an instrumental supporting role, providing expert consulting along with machinery, blockwork and concrete construction services. We’re proud to have helped bring his vision to life. Congratulations again to Brad for this well-deserved recognition!
