Fees

• Initial One-Hour Consultation:  $190
• Landscape Design:   $90-190/hour
• Construction Administration: $150/hour
• Onsite Fabrication: $100/hour
• Administrative Work  $150/hour

Services shall be billed on an hourly basis, or as a lump sum for each phase (aka a "not to exceed" fee) as stipulated by the contract.
